Mark has nearly 20 years of experience managing residential care centers for older adults in multiple settings including independent, assisted, memory support, and skilled nursing. Obtaining his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mark has acquired an expertise for healthcare delivery, operation management, financial management, and patient advocacy. With a detailed understanding of Medicare guidelines, as well as the federal, state, and local regulations for residential care, Mark is highly qualified in navigating and recommending an individual's healthcare needs. With the complex web of medical management, Mark has helped clients and loved ones navigate the healthcare system to assess, educate, and guide them to establish an overall wellness plan.

Joe has over 10 years of experience working with the multiple patient populations, including critical care, rehabilitation, and hospice, as well as expertise in acute and chronic conditions alike. With a Master's Degree in Nursing focusing on quality assurance, risk management, and evidence-based practice implementation, Joe has won awards through his understanding of both the clinical and administrative components of healthcare delivery. Advanced certifications and training include patient assessment, end of life care, advanced care planning, chronic condition management, critical care nursing, social psychology, patient education, and legal nurse consulting.
